AL GORE - AN APOLOGY?
The author of this article in the New York Post raises some interesting points in demanding an apology from the former vice president.

It seems like a rather risky prediction on his part. In five years, if it doesn't happen, he'll either have to admit he was wrong or take credit for saving the planet. Hmmmmmmmm, I wonder which one he'll do???

Green activists have been bemoaning the loss of global ice coverage, polar bear extinction, and rising sea levels etc. THE LIE is that CO2 is an unnatural consequence of human civilisation, it is easy to measure its effects, and blame all civilisations ills on CO2 as a pollutant. THE TRUTH is anthropogenic CO2 has ballanced falling insolation and achieved the following positive effects. 1. Maintaining average global temperatures above 0degC Vostok 2. Returning climate sensitivity to pre glacial epoch levels.
Another LIE is that CO2 is a pollutant, when it exists as both a natural and neccessary component of the ecosystem.
CO2 is a convenient bogeyman, and a financial boon to big business, when in reallity it is vital to the survival of the planet and as such is outside the realm of governments and taxes
