UPDATE - Facebook back down and we have succeeded in beating the censorship organized by anti-fracking activists.
- The plaintiffs own lawyer has told the jury that the have "no scientific evidence" that fracking fluids have contaminated the water.
- The plaintiffs "scientific" expert, Dr Tony Ingraffea, admitted under oath that he has no proof that the water was contaminated by gas drilling.
- The plaintiffs have claimed their families were poisoned but never took their children to see a doctor.
- The judge has "grave concerns" about the validity of the case.
