BALI - A VICTORY FOR COMMON SENSE?

In this article the author argues that the outcome of the Bali talks was not a victory for the global alarmists, but in fact the moment when the USA, Canada, Australia, and a few others finally rejected a system of targets that penalised them unfairly. Time will tell, but we may have an interesting series of negotiations to come.
