GREEN LEAP DAY OFF CAMPAIGN - OR JUST A SKIVE?

According to this article in the Telegraph there is a campaign by some employers to give their staff an extra day off on 29th February to encourage them to do something for the environment. This sounds like a nice idea, except that in practice for the majority it is likely to be simply an extra day off.
