WINDMILLS TO GO ALONG MOTORWAYS
This Telegraph report explains the thoughts of the government's climate change tsar on the deployment of windmills alongside motorways. It sounds like a very expensive suggestion, but did you know we had a climate change tsar? No - neither did I.
