EU CO2 EMISSIONS UP DESPITE CARBON TRADING SCHEME
This article gives the figures which show that the UK is among several major EU nations that have increase CO2 emissions. It just shows that we depend on fossil fuels and reducing emissions will cause great difficulty for all of us.
