COST OF REDUCING EMISSIONS GOES ON RISING (ALONG WITH EMISSIONS)
This report explains the spiralling estimates of reducing CO2 emissions. £200 billion a year seems quite a lot, especially when we're all paying for it. This is the true cost of "global warming".
