NEW INTERNATIONAL COURT PROPOSED TO DEAL WITH CLIMATE CHANGE
This article in the Telegraph gives the details. Will nations be willing to sign up to it and be under its jurisdiction? My guess is that the USA would not and neither would China or Russia.
