WIND FARM DILEMMA

A letter to the Telegraph points out the obvious flaw in the government's policy of relying on wind farms to supply substantial amounts of energy. See ,half-way down these letters. The letter has since been followed up by this article. How could any sensible government pursue a policy of reliance on such an unreliable source of energy?
