EU PROPOSES TO SPEND £170 BILLION A YEAR TO REDUCE GW

Here is the report which sets out the EUs intentions. Basically it involves a massive bribe to the developing world to sign up to a treaty to reduce emissions. This is a sham which will achieve nothing to alter the climate, while severely reducing the wealth of the developed world.
