NEW PAPER - OCEANS COOLING NOT WARMING

Here is a new scientific paper asserting that the oceans are cooling, not warming, in recent years. This seems to contradict the recent pronouncement from a conference in Copenhagen to say that they expect sea levels to increase faster. When scientists disagree over the facts there is only confusion.
