ECO TOWNS' PARKING COSTS - £13K A YEAR
This report in the Telegraph give the details for the UK's proposed new "eco towns". Apparently for this sum you don't even get to park anywhere near your home! The cost of going green just keeps on growing, but will there be many takers?
