SOUTHERN OSCILLATION CAUSES EARTH'S TEMPERATURE TO CHANGE
This new paper gives the details. Clearly the climate is much too complex for any simplistic CO2 theory to explain it adequately and papers like this are starting to add to our understanding of it.
