HOW ABOUT A 'PLANNED RECESSION'?

This is an idea put forward by the Tyndall Centre in this article. So now we know what's in the minds of so-called green extremists. Never mind the ruined lives of all those who lose their jobs, so long as CO2 emissions are cut. When the climate ignores all the pain, what will they want to sacrifice next?
