COULD THE UK GOVERNMENT BE SEEING SENSE ON CLIMATE?

This article in the Guardian suggests that the government may be preparing to ditch some of the targets laid down in the Climate Change Act, under the guise of cutting "red tape". We will wait and see if common sense has now penetrated through the fog of climate alarm.
