EU EFFICIENCY DIRECTIVE SET TO FAIL (HOORAY!!)
This article in the Guardian explains that the EU has apparently failed to set targets in its efficiency directive and so it is likely to be ineffective. This is good news for those tired of seeing costs driven ever higher.
