ELECTRIC VEHICLES NOT SO GREEN AFTER ALL

The UK government is pinning its hope on electric vehicles to reduce the carbon emissions of the transport sector, but this report pours cold water on this hope. It seems that the government was relying on very incomplete and therefore inaccurate evidence, rather like the IPCC.
