NO GREENHOUSE EFFECT ON VENUS?

Venus has an atmosphere consisting of approximately 96% CO2 and so it has always been assumed that it must have a runaway greenhouse effect. This article is therefore most interesting as it purports to prove that there is no greenhouse effect at all.
