NEW LEAKED IPCC REPORT LESS CERTAIN ABOUT CLIMATE
This BBC report looks at the leaked draft IPCC report. It seems to be rowing back on the dire predictions circulated in recent times. Perhaps the message about not crying "wolf" is starting to get home.
