GOVERNMENT PLANS TO BAN PETROL & DIESEL VEHICLES
This article in the Express sets out Mr Huhne's vision, though I note that no date has been given. No doubt it will be way beyond the next election, but the fact that he has mentioned it at all is a warning to us all.
