UN CARBON CREDIT PROGRAMME WASTES $BILLIONS
Here is a report which shows how GW "prevention" schemes are leading to fraud and waste costing the West billions of dollars while making hardly any difference to carbon emissions. This confirms the predictions of many, including Lord Lawson.
