  1. As a retired engineer I became curious re histrionics of manipulative politicians like Al Gore and have spent 6 months intensively looking into CO2-Driven Global Warming. It is one damn lie from the word go. Undoubtedly there is a little bit as CO2 is a greenhouse gas. However to accord all climate change to CO2 emissions is just one huge pile of bullstuff! It's time to tell these manipulative pols where the exit is and send them packing. Let's tell them that with a growing barrage of letters. Write to all your friends and aquaintences and lets get it going!

  2. Why does nobody ask the simple question of how much of a carbon footprint is there in the production of every £1 of taxpayers money that is squandered not just £1.5 billion Brown has promised developing countries, but also subsidises such as wind farms? Developers themselves say that nobody would build a wind farm if they did not have these very very generous subsidies. But these subsidies come from our tax, how much of a carbon footprint is involved in our generating each £ of tax revenue? A systemic head in the sand attitude, government after government to energy problems and a make hay while the sun shines decision making has resulted in our problems of energy cost in real terms. Failure of long term strategy to invest in the only viable energy souce nuclear power, means we are now suffering the double wammy of the ordinary tax payer being asked to pay for their energy twice over, not just our Bills ( to maintain profits for share holders) but also in subsidies to boost the profits of the energy companies to the tune of £1 billion a year. Enough is enough.
