COULD CO2 HAVE A COOLING EFFECT?

This paper looks at the science behind the greenhouse theory, and comes to the opposite conclusion to that of the IPCC. The science is not easy to follow unless you are familiar with heat transfer equations, but the fact that scientists can argue for such different conclusions is, in itself, testament to the fact that the science is far from settled.

    Perhaps AR4 should be subtitled: "The Best (Political) Science Your (Tax) Money Can Buy!" Here's hoping Mssrs. Kiehl and Trenberth can eventually find more meaningful, truthful and productive work in their public service.
