"GREENHOUSE GASES COOL THE EARTH"

That is according to this paper - http://omsriram.com/Greenhouse_Gases_Cool_Earth.pdf which refutes the very basis of greenhouse theory. While I go along with much of what they say, such as that water in the form of clouds can have a cooling effect; I did not see in the paper any mention of the fact that both CO2 and H20 absorb infra-red radiation, which even most sceptic acientists accept does lead to increased heat retention. However this is still an interesting contribution with many truths in it.
