CARBON CAPTURE ON THE CHEAP?

Here is an interesting piece on the UK government's carbon capture plans. Readers may recall that the UK government has offered a billion pounds to companies to set up a pilot power plant which is able to capture and store all the CO2 it produces. So far none has been built, and yet as the article says, the government is going to give £60 million to developing nations for them to do this same thing. How very strange.
