DEJA VU - ALL OVER AGAIN?

This report from the Times is from 2007, but apart from a few hot days at the end of June, this year seems remarkably similar, and the reason is the low position of the jet stream. I'm not pretending I can forecast the weather (I'll leave that to the Met Office), but it does seem to be a long way from the "hot dry summers" that are supposed to become the norm due to GW.
