RUSSIAN EMISSION CREDITS COULD SWAMP EU CUTS

Here's an example of where carbon trading can lead to. If it wasn't so serious it would be funny in a farcical way; and yet the UN and many governments are seriously considering extending this sort of scheme on to a world scale. Luckily it is likely that some nations will throw a spanner in the works and no agreement will be reached, other than a huge fudge. Even a fudge will probably be nassively expensive, create a huge bureaucracy and be subject to enormous fraud, which we will all be paying for.
