PROPORTION OF MANMADE CO2 IN THE ATMOSPHERE REMAINS CONSTANT

This report gives the outline of the story. it is interesting that for the past 50 years the proportion of manmade CO2 remaining in the atmosphere has remained constant at around 40%. Clearly the remainder is being absorbed by a sink somewhere.More on this here at Watts Up With That blog.
