US CAP'N'TRADE SCHEME DEALT A SEVERE BLOW
This report tells us that a state governor has approved his state's withdrawal from a cap'n'trade scheme as he announces it is not effective. Once one leaves it is likely that others will follow. The whole house of cards is beginning to crumble.
