UK LOOK BOTH WAYS ON CLIMATE

This article from the Guardian has found evidence that the UK government is trying to water down EU policies on reducing CO2 emissions while claiming the opposite in public. At least they seem to be showing common sense in private, but why do they not have the courage to acknowledge it in public. Presumably because they believe there are more votes in being "green". They should look to Canada as an example.
