HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE KILLED BY CLIMATE CHANGE?

Of course there are always extreme weather events in the world that can be included in the term "climate change", but even that seems unlikely to give a figure of 300,000 deaths per year. Yet the is the figure cited in a book that is examined here. It seems there are no lengths that extremists will not go to further their cause, for that is what it is.

  1. What percentage of climate change is caused by man and what percentage is the result of natural causes? Does anybody know this answer?

  2. As far as scientists can determine, none of it is caused by man. All of it is natural.
