WIND FARMS TO BE PAID BILLIONS TO DO NOTHING

I know it sounds unbelievable, but I did mean to write BILLIONS, it is not one of my typos. Read it for yourself here. However you look at this, it is a colossal waste of money and we will all be paying the price for this.
