DEVELOPING COUNTRIES TRY TO ESCAPE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CO2 EMISSIONS

This report shows the attitude of developing countries like India to the idea that they should be subject to any binding agreement to cut emissions of CO2. They don't want to do it. They whinge about the developed nations having a "historical responsibility", but what they over-look is that unless they are prepared to submit themselves to cuts, the overall global emissions will simply go on rising, but I don't think they really care about this. This whole global warming/climate change theme is nothing more than a stick with which the developed nations can be beaten. The real goal is not cutting CO2, but redistribution of wealth.
