UK GOVERNMENT WINS APPEAL TO REDUCE SUBSIDY TO COAL POWER STATION CONVERTING TO BIO-MASS

The UK government has successfully appealed against a court ruling which would have meant that the owners of the coal-fired Drax power station would have qualified for a higher subsidy.
This report gives the details. It appears that the government has reneged on an earlier agreement to grant the higher subsidy. What does this mean for other companies who think about agreeing to accept the government's bribes?
