FRANCE DESPARATE TO GET A DEAL IN DECEMBER PARIS TALKS

This article looks at the pre-conference meetings that the French are organising to try and broker a deal on CO2 emissions. However hard they try, there is no way they will get an agreement of any worth, as the Indians and Chinese are not interested, neither are the Japanese or the Australians. Only a fudge will be achieved to try and save face.
