UK's 5th CARBON BUDGET APPROVED, DESPITE GREAT SPEECHES FROM LORDS LAWSON AND RIDLEY

As I read the debate I could not help wondering how the government minister and her supporters could be so naïve as to believe that reducing our CO2 emissions so drastically could actually be without cost.
