GOVERNMENT PLANS TO CONTROL THE HOUSING MARKET ARE DEEPLY FLAWED

 

This report explains a major problem with the government's latest plan to combat global warming by introducing new high standards for insulation and lowering CO2 emissions on the housing stock here in the UK. The 'problem' is that it will render large numbers of properties as unsaleable because they will not be able to reach these standards, ands so under the proposals they cannot be sold legally. This is exactly what happens when the state controls every detail of our lives - common sense goes out of the window.
