When reading the article, the term DSR stands for demand side response, in other words getting customers to switch off to balance the grid. This can only be done by paying them, so yet another cost to be added to our bills. If not enough DSR is agreed then it goes without saying that the production side will have to cut some customers off. That is the state we will be in in the near future.
