CHINA CONFIRMED AS TOP CO2 EMITTER

This BBC report confirms what most people already knew - that China emits more CO2 than the USA. What is more, they are gathering pace at an astonishing rate and have no intention of stopping, making a complete mockery of any talks to try and reduce CO2 emissions.
