This article highlights the latest whinge from our nanny state. "Take a minute less in the shower and put less water in the kettle, stop using a hose-pipe" etc, etc. As if this is actually going to "save the planet"! When the government has time to devote to nagging us it just shows the public sector is over-staffed.
