ANTARCTIC PENINSULA GLACIERS GAINING MASS

This article looks at glaciers on the Antarctic peninsula, the only part of the Antarctic where some warming has taken place.  So it is all the more surprising to find that glaciers in this region have been gaining mass in recent years. It certainly shows that it is far from a picture of continuous warming, though that is what is presented to the world by the news media.
