SOUTH AFRICA SHOWS THE HOPELESS TASK OF ACHIEVING NET ZERO

It is becoming increasingly clear that the world is getting further and further away from the timetable of achieving net zero CO2 emissions by mid century. No matter how hard we in the UK, or across the EU and the West push for net zero it will make no impression on world emissions as long as the developing nations continue to burn fossil fuels. That is a fact that is beyond doubt.
