If anyone believes that the third world is ready to sacrifice its prosperity in order to reach net zero should watch the interview in the link below. There is no way that the world's oil reserves will remain in the ground while there continues to be so much demand for it and such fabulous wealth obtained from it.

You will note that he pays lip-service to the climate change emergency by blaming the rich nations for causing it, yet he has no intention of sacrificing his own countries wealth to stop it. He probably does not even believe in it himself. But luckily for him he can use the third world "get out of taking responsibility" card. Whereas the "rich West" must take the blame and pay up until a leader emerges who dares to say NO.
