Air fryers what a great invention. It's a wonder they haven't been banned like the dear old hot filament light bulb.(mind you I still have a stock of them). Here's my tip for some festive cheer. When you next cook a jacket potato, after it has cooked scoop out the potato and having scraped all the potato out, return the jacket to the air fryer and cook it for a further 2 or 3 minutes until it is a crispy golden brown. You won't save the planet, but they do taste delicious and so crispy.
