A new paper makes the rounds, and at first glance it seems to offer yet another twist in the climate narrative: carbon dioxide, the molecule typically cast as the principal agent of warming, can apparently induce cooling—at least over India, at least in summer, and at least within the confines of a particular modeling framework.
The extremist narrative of an incinerated world due to the use of carbon fuels commenced son after the fall of the Berlin wall. The western socialists having seen their mothership, the USSR, parked on the ocean floor, went into panic mode, but soon found out that they can still save their hope of the global power grab by inventing a new bogeyman. Having already invaded institutions of learning and therefore scientific research, it was easy for them to create the new bogeyman, from blaming rich men and religion to blaming coal, oil, and gas to impoverish the middle class. That way, they could even get the millionaires on board, and they did.
