Apologies for not reading the report because I already know the outcome: Oceans have risen by ZERO mm during the past 50 years. How do I know this? BEcause ther sea level where \i live has remained the same. It's a geologically very stable country, very low tide levels and mooring points and fishermen's boat ramps have remained the same w.r.t. the sea level.
There's nothing better than a geologically stable country to measure sea level changes.
The fraudsters have been caught with their pants down.
