CHINA BLACKMAILS THE WORLD OVER CLIMATE EMISSIONS

"Give us the money, or we'll release our climate-warming gases", is what the Chinese seem to be saying, according to this report. What should our response be? I say we should tell them we won't pay them anything and if they go ahead we will stop all aid to China - but I am not too confident our leaders will take that line. We will wait and see.
