PORRITT AND DAVID KING DEBATE ON TODAY PROG.

This clip will be available for 7 days. In it you can hear Jonathan Porritt and Sir David King debate the merits of voluntary emission cuts versus binding commitments like the Kyoto Protocol. It was an interesting exchange, if only for the fact that there is such disagreement among the alarmists as to what is effective, but of course neither of them would actually admit the obvious point, which is that no individual nations can make a difference to world-wide emissions without a world-wide commitment from every major industrial nation, and that looks highly unlikely.
