CLIMATE CONFERENCE LIKELY TO FAIL TO AGREE

This BBC report into the intractible problems to be overcome at the upcoming international climate conference in South Africa. With a bit of luck they will reach no agreement at all and we can get on with our lives, emitting whatever CO2 we like. However all the taxes will remain in place for ever.
