DITCH WIND FARMS AND STILL REACH EMISSIONS TARGET

This piece refers to a report from KPMG which says that we can still reach the 2020 emissions target without building very expensive wind turbines and save 30 or 40 billion pounds. It seems so obvious and so simple and yet the government don't seem to get it. Gas and nuclear will do the job.
